Free trial
You can download Pulsyn and use it free for 7 days from the first time you open it, with every feature working. No account or card is needed, and the trial start date is only stored on your own computer. After 7 days Pulsyn stops sending light until you enter a licence key. Your projects and settings are kept.
Purchase
You buy a personal licence for Pulsyn (VST3 plugin and Pulsyn Simulator, for Windows and macOS) for USD 49 including any VAT or sales tax. Payment is handled by Stripe. The licence key is shown right after purchase and sent to your email.
Licence
- The licence is for you/your band and may be used on the computers you use yourselves.
- The key may not be shared or resold.
- Updates within version 1.x are included.
Right of withdrawal
Pulsyn is digital content delivered immediately. By completing the purchase you agree that delivery starts right away and that your right of withdrawal ends once the key has been delivered. If Pulsyn doesn't work on your computer – get in touch and we'll sort it out or refund you.
Support
Pulsyn is made by a band, not a company with a help desk. Email us and we'll help out whenever we can – usually within a few days.
Liability
Pulsyn is provided as is. Always test your show before a gig. We are not liable for damage to equipment or indirect losses.
Personal data
We store your name, email address and licence key so we can deliver and resend your licence. Your name and email are also embedded in the key itself. Card details are handled only by Stripe and never reach us. When you ask us something – through the support form or by email – we keep your name, email address and the conversation so we can answer and follow up. Support conversations are deleted on request. Your data is not shared with anyone else. To see or delete your data, email us.
